PLASTERBOARD
Invented by USG more than 100 years ago, plasterboard has become the most common dry lining material for walls and ceilings in modern building construction.
Manufactured on a continuous production line, plasterboard is comprised of a specially formulated gypsum core, encased between paper liners. Locally manufactured USG Boral plasterboard products utilize naturally occurring gypsum and 100% recycled paper.
Plasterboard sheets are commonly available in 1200mm and 1350mm widths and have recessed longitudinal edges facilitating a smooth, seamless joint finish. USG Boral plasterboard products meet the requirements of AS 2588 Gypsum plasterboard.

BORAL Wetstop
The Latest Technology, Moisture Resistant
BORAL Wetstop
BORAL Wetstop is specially developed as a lining for walls and ceilings in wet area rooms such as in bathrooms, kitchen and also in shower cubicles. BORAL Wetstop is applied to the wall framing and acts as a moisture resistant substrate for Ceramic Tiles surfaces in the area mentioned. The product is recognized by its blue paper liner.
